About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating compelling copy for marketing use, managing a content planner, and strategically scheduling content to optimize engagement and meet organizational objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and maximum impact
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to create engaging content for our website and social channels
  • Contribute to PR efforts by working with an agency to create press releases and identify opportunities within the media
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, PR, and article writing
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Excellent storytelling skills and ability to engage audiences
  • Ability to analyze content performance on digital channels and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them in a content marketing context
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including a good pension scheme, increasing holiday entitlement, employee benefits portal, Health Cash plan, and a strong culture of career progression.

You will also have the opportunity to work from home, requiring 3 days a week at our offices near Cranleigh, Surrey (south of Guildford).
