Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for the oversight of SEND quality initiatives within the educational sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive quality reports to senior management, highlighting potential risks and ensuring adherence to performance standards.
- Support the preparation of documentation for regulatory inspections and maintain up-to-date SEND resources on internal platforms.
- Review and assess institutional policies related to SEND provisions to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate the induction and training of personnel on SEND frameworks, while also aiding in the management of SEND support staff.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities relevant to SEND quality assurance.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality assurance role within the educational field.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing ALS/SEN services.
- Ability to successfully complete a DBS check.
