Healthcare Training Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As an NHS 111 Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our Health Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new starters, including induction and training on NHS Pathways and other relevant systems.
- Design and deliver bespoke workshops on CM2, Coaches Module, and Adastra platform, as well as other training requirements.
- Support new staff in their statutory and mandatory training requirements, ensuring they meet the necessary standards.
- Collaborate with the Head of 111 Training and other trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all staff maintain their NHS Pathways level of competency and complete Pathways Passports.
- Lead and support the development of a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualification as an NHS Pathways trainer.
- Minimum 6 months' experience in call handling using NHS Pathways.
- Proven experience in training delivery and design.
- In-depth understanding of the 111 Health Advisor and Clinical Advisor roles.
