About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team at Seahaven Academy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving school improvement and ensuring the highest standards of education for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead significant areas of school improvement, working closely with the Headteacher and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members to enhance teaching and learning practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and relevant to the needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and achievement of all students.
