Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Berkeley Lodge, where you will be responsible for the clinical governance of all aspects of care within the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to achieve the best physical and mental outcomes for residents
  • Monitor and improve the quality of care in compliance with CQC regulations
  • Conduct and complete clinical audits, analyze findings, and implement outcomes to improve the service
  • Assist managers with pre-admission clinical assessments when necessary
  • Support RNs within the home and comply with NMC professional regulations and guidelines
Requirements

Suitable candidates will hold a current valid NMC registration, have experience in dementia, geriatric, and complex care, and demonstrate leadership skills.
