The University of Oxford is seeking an experienced caseworker to join the Proctors' Office team. As a Casework Manager - Student Complaints Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient and fair handling of individual student academic casework, principally student complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of casework, undertaking investigations under the University's Student Complaints Procedure, and other procedures, statutes and regulations.
- Work closely with the Proctors, Head and Deputy Head of the Proctors' Office to ensure the efficient and fair handling of individual student cases.
- Apply regulatory knowledge and experience to handle casework involving report writing and the application of procedures, rules, and/or regulations.
We are looking for an individual with a regulatory background or experience of handling casework involving report writing and the application of procedures, rules, and/or regulations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
