Role Overview
As the Performance Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of and managing all paid media campaigns within the agency, including creation, optimization, and reporting.
- Overseeing all aspects of PPC, display advertising, paid digital, and paid social initiatives.
- Monitoring and adjusting campaign budgets and bids effectively.
- Analyzing campaign performance and generating internal reports.
- Managing global paid media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across various markets.
- Regularly reporting insights, optimizations, and updates to clients.
- Proposing and developing innovative campaigns and ideas for client projects.
- Tracking campaign performance against established KPIs and objectives.
Qualifications
To qualify for the Performance Marketing Manager position, candidates should demonstrate:
- Experience in paid media encompassing search, display, social, and PPC, preferably within an agency environment.
- Familiarity with SEO and web development is a plus.
- A creative mindset combined with a strong analytical approach.
- A commitment to continuous learning in the digital marketing landscape.
- Experience with global paid media campaigns is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
