Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to lead our service provision in Berwickshire, South (Hawick) and Central (Galashiels) clusters.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of enhanced treatment room services across the Scottish Borders.

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and developing best practice, delivering person-centred, high-quality care, and supporting the training and development of staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop best practice in clinical leadership
  • Deliver person-centred, high-quality care
  • Support the training and development of staff
  • Contribute to the development of enhanced treatment room services

Requirements

We are looking for a confident, autonomous clinician with excellent leadership skills, who is highly organised and able to evidence experience of supporting the training and development of staff.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Experience in community and/or clinical leadership is desirable, but not essential.

Working Hours

Family-friendly hours, spread across the week, Monday - Friday.

Salary and Benefits

The salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.
