Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Accountant to join our Finance Team at LHH Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Controller in various accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial support for CAPEX and Fixed Asset related activities, including financial validation, AUC balance management, and accurate Fixed Asset Register.
- Drive cost improvements by challenging assumptions and actively participating in cost-saving improvement projects.
- Analyse factory costs and provide visibility and forecasts through accurate reporting and dynamic forecasting processes.
- Contribute to the month-end process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Identify and promote cost reduction initiatives to the Financial Controller and management team.
- Lead business planning activities by developing forecasts, revisions, and simulations.
- Identify cost improvement opportunities through financial insight and benchmarking.
- Support the Financial Controller in implementing best practices for internal controls.
- Proven finance background with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking that will enable you to find creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
