Job Overview

**Business Analyst/Project Manager**

Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to support the replacement of a UK-based application with a global solution. This is a highly visible role within our client's business and requires a talented professional who can add value quickly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a current 'as is' of the existing application and create a gap analysis against the new solution. They will then be Project Managing the differences between the old and new system to ensure functionality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the existing application and its business processes.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to identify the differences between the existing application and the new solution.
  • Project manage the implementation of the new solution, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Hybrid Business Analyst and Project Management skillset.
  • Experience in developing gap analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in system migration.
  • Knowledge of 'as is' and 'to be' requirements.
  • Ideal experience in the automotive sector.
