We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Support Worker and Admin Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Lambeth. The successful candidate will provide support to students with additional social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as those who struggle with behavior challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1-1 student support to help students regulate their thoughts and emotions in a healthy manner
  • Monitor attendance and maintain effective communication with students, teachers, and professionals
  • Offer practical advice and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential
Requirements:
  • 2:1 or above in a university degree
  • Experience working with SEN adults and/or children in similar environments or family settings
  • Pro-active, adaptable, and ambitious individual with a commitment to the full academic year
