Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Oversight: Manage and maintain Rhubarb's social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Development: Research and formulate a content strategy that utilizes the latest trends to create effective social media campaigns.
  • Content Production: Generate and publish engaging posts that encourage audience interaction and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the design team to ensure timely production of visuals and videos for social media.
  • Content Scheduling: Utilize social media scheduling tools to optimize posting times for maximum engagement.
  • Community Building: Foster a vibrant community by engaging with followers through meaningful interactions, responding to comments, and encouraging user participation.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Establish connections with industry influencers to boost brand promotion and broaden our audience.
  • Analytics & Monitoring: Monitor brand mentions, promote user-generated content, and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest social media platform features and trends to keep Rhubarb's strategy innovative and relevant.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Social Media Executive or comparable role.
  • Thorough understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating previous social media campaigns successfully managed and executed.
  • Outstanding copywriting abilities, with a knack for creating compelling and brand-aligned content.
  • Experience in social media advertising, including ad creation and management.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic customer service skills for managing audience interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
