In this position, you will take charge of planning, executing, and evaluating social media initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring that our content is engaging, consistent with our brand identity, and aligns with our broader marketing objectives. Collaboration with our design team will be essential to produce high-quality visuals, and you will also engage with industry influencers to amplify our brand's reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Oversight: Manage and maintain Rhubarb's social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
- Content Development: Research and formulate a content strategy that utilizes the latest trends to create effective social media campaigns.
- Content Production: Generate and publish engaging posts that encourage audience interaction and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaboration: Partner with the design team to ensure timely production of visuals and videos for social media.
- Content Scheduling: Utilize social media scheduling tools to optimize posting times for maximum engagement.
- Community Building: Foster a vibrant community by engaging with followers through meaningful interactions, responding to comments, and encouraging user participation.
- Influencer Collaboration: Establish connections with industry influencers to boost brand promotion and broaden our audience.
- Analytics & Monitoring: Monitor brand mentions, promote user-generated content, and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest social media platform features and trends to keep Rhubarb's strategy innovative and relevant.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Social Media Executive or comparable role.
- Thorough understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous social media campaigns successfully managed and executed.
- Outstanding copywriting abilities, with a knack for creating compelling and brand-aligned content.
- Experience in social media advertising, including ad creation and management.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and practices.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic customer service skills for managing audience interactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
