Position Overview: In light of a recent business acquisition and a strong growth strategy, OCC Computer Personnel is seeking to appoint a 'Warehouse Operations Lead' who will report directly to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehousing functions and personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and customer service benchmarks.
  • Strive to surpass daily operational performance expectations and enhance overall company efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through effective management of receiving, identifying, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.
  • Assess and report on the efficiency of warehousing processes and team performance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas, with training provided on M3 systems.
  • Guarantee accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in forklift operation is essential.
  • Professional appearance; uniforms will be supplied.

  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data effectively.
