Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Warehouse team at Culina Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, supervising a team of staff and ensuring that all products are handled and dispatched to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure that all products are handled and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that warehouse operations are meeting company standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
