Job Description:
We are excited to be partnering with our client, a leading company in the industry, to find a talented Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and budgeting to ensure accurate financial projections
- Variance analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Stock and costing inventory management to optimize financial performance
- Revenue forecasting to inform business strategy
- Assisting with annual audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills to analyze and present financial data
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Organized and able to meet strict deadlines
- Experience working within a group environment is advantageous
- AAT L4 qualification as a minimum, with CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred
