About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2 and producing both the Financial and Management Accounts. You will also be responsible for producing financial and analytical reports for the owner and business partnering with the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the finance function
  • Lead a team of 2
  • Produce Financial and Management Accounts
  • Produce financial and analytical reports for the owner
  • Business partner with the management team

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/QBE Qualified Finance Professional
  • Experience working within the manufacturing sector
  • Hands-on approach to accounting
  • Experience in accounts preparation, business partnering, and leadership
  • Strong financial reporting experience
  • Comfortable presenting at board level
