About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PSV/HGV Technician to join our Engineering team at Transport UK London Bus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of buses and coaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electronic faults on our vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure our fleet is in good working order
  • Investigate and resolve any issues that may arise during vehicle operation
  • Record and document all work carried out on our vehicles
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of an NVQ level 2 qualification in maintenance and repair of public service vehicles or heavy goods vehicles
  • Have at least five years' experience in repairing and maintaining public service or heavy goods vehicles
  • Be able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Have a good standard of maths and English
  • Be able to read and understand instructions and service manuals
  • Be able to use fleet management technical computer systems
