Role Overview

Our team is dedicated to empowering you to create tailored solutions that help individuals reach their personal goals and aspirations.

We achieve this by granting you the autonomy to perform your duties, encouraging innovative ideas and methods, supported by our experienced leadership team, regular supervision sessions, and opportunities for professional development across various areas of Adult Social Care. As a financially stable local authority, we have invested in Adult Services, leading to multiple vacancies. We are seeking both Newly Qualified and Experienced Occupational Therapists and Social Workers to join our teams during this exciting phase of development.

In collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Social Workers in various settings, you will:

  • Empower community members to recognize their strengths and desired outcomes, embracing innovative approaches to enhance their independence.
  • Utilize a strengths-based strategy to promote individual well-being and help them achieve their goals.
  • Support individuals and their caregivers, ensuring their voices are represented through advocacy when necessary.

  • Committed to continuous learning, possessing a solid understanding of relevant legislation and guidance, along with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Passionate about adhering to the professional standards set by RCOT and HCPC.
