About the Role:

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Advisor to join their team in the aftersales department at a leading dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell technician labour and products, and book in customer vehicles for servicing to maximize labour utilization and efficiency.
  • Arrange alternative transport for customers and liaise with drivers regarding pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles.
  • Manage and follow up on all work in progress on customer vehicles, liaising regularly with the customer and Workshop Controller to meet pre-arranged time frames.
  • Ensure customers understand service charges and work carried out, and involve technical advisers to answer queries where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service role is preferred.
  • A passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
  • An organized individual who can handle multiple duties and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Administration skills, with the ability to use computers confidently and organize work efficiently.
