Electrical Maintenance Technician - Shift Role - Competitive Salary

We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a reputable facilities management company. This position involves working within a dynamic commercial environment, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining electrical systems and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical maintenance tasks including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and components.
  • Manage emergency lighting systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee HVAC systems, including air handling units and fan coil units.
  • Implement water treatment protocols and perform plumbing maintenance.
  • Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
Work Schedule:
  • Shift pattern includes alternating days and nights.
  • Flexible hours with opportunities for overtime.
  • Generous holiday entitlement.
Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering.
  • Possession of 17th or 18th Edition certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance.
  • Knowledge of critical systems such as UPS, generators, and HVAC.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
