The Role

We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our London office, who will be responsible for:

  • Networking and developing new business opportunities
  • Pitching our energy services to potential clients
  • Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards and other channels
  • Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience and success in recruitment
  • Proven track record of billing
  • Experience and knowledge of the energy sector
  • Natural leadership and mentoring skills
  • Competitive and driven
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
