Essential Qualifications
- Post-registration qualification in a relevant specialty (e.g., ENB 100)

- Substantial clinical experience in Level 2 and Level 3 settings

Job Duties
Detailed Responsibilities
- Assess training and development needs of staff in alignment with local and national standards.
- Promote a culture of research to encourage evidence-based practices.
- Initiate and support research projects, guiding nurses in their own research endeavors.
- Facilitate regular training sessions and provide clinical mentorship to enhance on-the-job learning.
- Serve as a source of specialized clinical and educational expertise, offering clinical supervision.
- Advocate for patients, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
- Ensure high-quality clinical care and positive patient experiences, respecting individual beliefs and customs.
