Essential Qualifications

  • Post-registration qualification in a relevant specialty (e.g., ENB 100)

  • Substantial clinical experience in Level 2 and Level 3 settings

Job Duties

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Assess training and development needs of staff in alignment with local and national standards.
  • Promote a culture of research to encourage evidence-based practices.
  • Initiate and support research projects, guiding nurses in their own research endeavors.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and provide clinical mentorship to enhance on-the-job learning.
  • Serve as a source of specialized clinical and educational expertise, offering clinical supervision.
  • Advocate for patients, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical care and positive patient experiences, respecting individual beliefs and customs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the health and well-being of individuals.
