About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at The Riverside Group. As a key member of our Sustainability and Investment Planning Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives across our portfolio of assets.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement projects that promote sustainable development and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues on sustainability-related matters.
  • Assist in the management and reporting of budgets and resources related to sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant academic qualification in a field such as environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a sustainability-related role, preferably in the construction or housing sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
