Job Description

Role: Data Administrator / Data Analyst - Sustainability

Location: Bristol | Hybrid

Role Type: Contract | 12 months - initially

We are seeking a skilled Data Administrator / Data Analyst to join our team at Indotronix Avani UK. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing data recording and analytics, developing reporting procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage environmental data, creating reportable program metrics
  • Report on Scope 1, 2 & 3 carbon and energy data to fulfill UK and Enterprise reporting obligations, including SECR, ESOS, CRP, and UK & EU ETS
  • Develop and maintain data analytics procedures to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage data, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Safety, environmental studies, data analytics, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics software
  • Experience in carbon reporting or data analytics is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear procedures
