Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Administrator / Data Analyst to join our team at Indotronix Avani UK. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our client's carbon reporting obligations, including Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance data recording and analytics, developing reporting procedures, and compliance audits.
  • Regular communication with stakeholders to gather and manage data.
  • Provide general support to the Environmental, Health and Safety team.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to align with our client's wider environmental strategy.
  • Report metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

Areas of Focus:

  • Report on Scope 1, 2 & 3 carbon and energy data to fulfill UK and Enterprise reporting obligations.
  • Collect and manage environmental data, creating reportable program metrics.
  • Assist with ISO 14001 and 45001 activities.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Safety, environmental studies, data analytics, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics software.
  • Experience in carbon reporting or data analytics is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear procedures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Work Authorization:

  • This position is UK-based, and candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK immediately. No sponsorship can be provided.
