Job Overview

Engagement in the design and enhancement of products, solutions, and systems. This includes activities associated with the technical advancement of current products and components. The quality of work impacts both individual and team performance. Standard operational and technical tasks are executed, typically guided by instructions and established work routines, with some flexibility to adjust task sequences based on evolving work conditions.

Position Responsibilities

Key Duties
  • Implement the design, analysis, or assessment of assigned projects utilizing sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program specifications. This role encompasses mechanical and/or electrical engineering across all product lines.
  • Expand knowledge within the technical discipline to support policy and strategy execution. This may involve roles that require specialized technical expertise while still developing higher-level knowledge and skills.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of key business drivers; leverage this understanding to achieve personal work objectives. Maintain a solid grasp of how individual team contributions integrate with broader organizational efforts.
  • Exercise some degree of autonomy in decision-making within a defined framework. Address issues that necessitate sound technical knowledge and judgment in accordance with established procedures. Seek guidance from senior team members for matters beyond defined instructions or parameters.
  • This position necessitates strong interpersonal skills and may involve leading a junior team. For roles with customer interaction, cultivate robust customer relationships and act as the liaison between the customer and the organization. Communicate technical information effectively to others.
Essential Qualifications
  • This position requires foundational experience in Engineering/Technology & Mechanical Components. The knowledge level is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma accompanied by relevant experience.
