Job Title: Employee Benefits Consultant

Eden Scott's client, a leading consultancy in the provision of pensions and wealth management services, is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their professional team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on employee benefits products and services, including group pensions, risk benefits, workplace savings, and flexible benefits.
  • Generate new business from clients while maintaining long-term client relationships through quality of service.
  • Obtain a full understanding of clients' current circumstances and provisions, researching and communicating appropriate options.
  • Adhere to compliance procedures and comply with the regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority.
  • Achieve an open, honest approach and deal with all aspects of client affairs with integrity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in employee benefits or insurance, preferably RDR qualified.
  • Full understanding of employee benefits products and ability to generate new business while building existing relationships.
  • Good numeracy and IT skills, with the ability to research, analyze, and interpret diverse information.
  • Able to convey complex information to various audiences, both written and verbally.
