Job Overview

Job Title:
Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Location:
North London

Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + £5,000 car allowance

Company Overview:

A well-established company, Alexander Fisher, with good year on year growth specialising in social housing projects, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, void property works, and projects for local councils and the Ministry of Defence.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bids.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in quantity surveying.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
