Project Overview:

A comprehensive highway program encompassing multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities, all at different phases including design, feasibility, and execution.

You will oversee the execution of key projects and designated business areas, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with overarching goals and objectives. You will assist the planning team in ensuring that projects and tenders are effectively organized, scheduled, and monitored. You will lead the application of specific planning and scheduling methodologies, techniques, and tools. You will possess a solid understanding of planning, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project control methodologies. You will be capable of advising on complex requirements and effectively communicating analyses and corrective actions. You will manage the planning and scheduling for medium to high complexity projects and programs. You will play a key role in multidisciplinary teams, taking the lead in creating plans or analyzing trends using quantitative and statistical methods. You will lead and mentor a team of professionals delivering planning and scheduling management services, focusing on staff development. You will excel in establishing effective planning and scheduling management systems and procedures. You will have expert knowledge of scheduling management tools and software. You will manage resource allocation, fostering team growth and development. You will navigate activities with significant uncertainty regarding solutions or outcomes. You will provide support to senior management in negotiations, contract formulation, due diligence, and other business development initiatives. You will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, validating and reviewing schedule management inputs, reports, and providing insightful commentary and analysis. You will focus on future opportunities to create a vision and establish strategic direction. You will influence and persuade colleagues effectively. You will assist senior management in negotiations, contract development, and other business development activities, ensuring thorough due diligence is conducted. Required Qualifications:

You will have experience as a Primavera P6 project planner on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably with a tier 1 contractor or client-side consultancy. You will hold a degree in construction-related fields (civil/structural engineering, construction/project management, or equivalent). You will be digitally proficient, capable of building lasting client relationships and leading motivated teams. You will have experience managing large projects or programs, with a background in construction or project management. You will be eager to advance your career and take advantage of the opportunities available at Mace. You will work across a large portfolio of projects. You will mentor and develop less experienced planners. You will implement planning principles within the project management community. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. You will plan complex infrastructure projects and summarize them into portfolio-level schedules. You will be an experienced user of P6 (P6 pro). You will be familiar with P6 EPPM (Web) for configuration management. You will manage large datasets, simplifying them into clear reporting formats through coding and layout manipulation, baseline control, and configuration management. You will handle schedule import and export tasks.

Additional Qualifications:

You will have exposure to NEC Civils/infrastructure projects. You will be familiar with other planning software such as Microsoft Project and Asta Power Project. You will conduct schedule risk analysis (QSRA). You will manage P6 configuration, including user access, OBS creation and management, user profiles, and OBS assignment. You will set up and utilize resources for future projects. You will use P6 for EVM in future projects.
