Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, managing, and developing project teams or work streams as part of larger projects and delivering results through others
  • Commercially aware, with experience in monthly budgeting/forecasting and managing project budgets
  • Demonstrating knowledge and experience in one or more related business/infrastructure sector areas
  • Project Business Case formulation detailing project's objectives, costs, and benefits demonstrating to stakeholders of its value
  • Experience of project management and/or programme management, adding value at the initial strategic planning phase all the way into implementation, construction, and delivery in the context of infrastructure projects and programmes
  • Able to deliver projects within a technically complex environment while ensuring high levels of safety and environmental responsibility
Requirements
  • Degree/PM qualified in a construction-related subject
  • NEC3: ECC Project Manager accreditation in place
  • Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2/AGILE/APM)
