Job Summary

Clinical Support Worker - Pre Assessment Department

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing pre-assessment procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring individualized and compassionate care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote a culture of respect and empathy.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health/Health & Social Care
  • Substantial previous experience in a relevant field, ward, or department
  • Proficiency in testing, such as ECG, phlebotomy, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
