Job Title: Power Press Setter Operator

Are you an experienced press setter looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Power Press Setter Operator to join our client's engineering team in Birmingham.


The company is a leading tooling and presswork business based in a modern facility close to the city centre. They supply Aerospace and Automotive businesses and operate a safe working environment with friendly staff and clean facilities.


As a Power Press Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting and running power presses, ensuring optimum speeds and safety of operatives and tooling. You will also be responsible for operating presses following processes set by the company, maintaining the required level of output, and performing basic checks of components during production.


The ideal candidate will have experience working as a press setter and hold a RoSPA certificate. The ability to follow processes and procedures while maintaining output requirements is essential. A FLT Licence is advantageous.


Benefits include a canteen, company pension, employee discount, health & wellbeing programme, and on-site parking.


Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-12:00, with 39 hours per week. There is an opportunity for regular overtime, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
