Job Advert: Brake Press Setter

Pro1 Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Setter to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in operating press brake machines and shaping various types of metal, we want to hear from you

Position: Brake Press Setter

**Salary**: £12 per hour

Working Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate press brake machines to shape different types of metal according to project requirements
- Inspect blueprints and specifications for each project
- Set up and prepare the press brake machine for production
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine
- Inspect metal during the shaping process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Make necessary adjustments to the machine settings to achieve desired results
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Brake Press Setter or similar role
- Proficiency in operating press brake machines
- Ability to interpret and understand blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
