Your responsibilities will include managing staff permissions and access for our business systems, implementing and rolling out new technology, and ensuring adherence to software licensing and information compliance regulations. You'll also provide staff training, creating user-friendly training materials to support system implementation.

We're looking for someone with experience working with M365 applications, who can translate technical language into clear and jargon-free training/guidance. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for learning about business systems and processes are essential.

If you're passionate about projects and eager to make your mark on a business, this could be the perfect position for you.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Experience of SharePoint, Teams, and other MS applications at super user or site collection admin level.
* Ability to translate potentially technical language into clear and jargon-free training/guidance.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with pride in the job at hand.
* Enthusiasm for learning about business systems and processes.

**Desirable:**

* Proficient in developing and delivering training to a range of skill levels (in person and remotely).
* General understanding of data protection and information management best practices.

**Salary:** £29-32k Dependent on Experience
