About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Planner to join our team at Born Social. As a Senior Media Planner, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team of planners, building on the team output of successful ideas and industry-leading plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our team of planners to deliver high-quality media plans.
  • Represent the Media team within Born Social for key clients and help them understand the role that media plays in hitting their targets.
  • Develop and implement budget planning and KPI setting strategies to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Select the right channels for a brief and allocate media budgets to the chosen platforms across the funnel.
  • Work alongside strategy and creative teams to develop social-first content ideas and communicate how to execute them across the plan.
  • Recommend and implement account measurement frameworks and reporting to prove the impact of the work done for clients.
  • Grow our team's portfolio of clients with new and exciting brands through pitch work and existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience working with paid media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience creating media plans for both Brand and eCommerce clients and ensuring their accurate delivery.
  • Client-facing experience and confidence in managing client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with exposure to other platforms like Google AdWords, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Spotify, and Pinterest.
  • An analytical mind with creativity, problem-solving, and evaluation of results.
  • Confidence with numbers, including looking at tables of figures, spreadsheets, and creating graphs to identify insightful trends.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to ensure media is considered from strategy to delivery.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and helping others understand the intricacies of media planning.
  • Ideal experience leading and managing people.
