Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the operational process, ensuring that both our internal and external clients have a seamless and accurate experience with the Fulfillment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
  • Promptly escalate issues to the Fulfillment Supervisor or Manager as necessary, assisting with all customer and stakeholder requirements.

Operational Duties

  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments regarding confirmed and pending orders to provide clarity and assist team members with the order management system.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators as required.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of orders using appropriate courier software.
  • Optimize delivery methods to ensure orders arrive punctually and cost-effectively.
  • Organize pick-ups and returns from clients and staff.
  • Manage outgoing mail using courier and postal services as needed.
  • Oversee all printing equipment, including complex printing, production, binding, and laminating tasks.
  • Report any maintenance issues with printing equipment and liaise with service providers to resolve problems swiftly.
  • Maintain general upkeep of printing and copying devices.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of materials and place purchase orders as necessary.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.
