We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential children's service. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the service, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and support for children and young people.
- Organize work patterns and facilitate care-focused training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the service is compliant with legislation, regulations, and local procedures.
- Contribute to strategic planning and management of the service, developing high-quality services that meet the needs of children and young people.
- Lead the team to achieve key performance indicators and continually improve services based on user feedback, performance data, and stakeholder input.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Management qualification (MBA, DMS, NVQ Level 4, Care Management) or equivalent.
- Registered Manager Status.
- Broad experience of staff supervision, practice supervision, and management of social care services.
- Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting or equivalent experience.
- A highly competitive salary.
- Minimum of 28 days leave per year (including bank holidays).
- 40 hours working week.
- Private healthcare (with Vitality).

- Full clinical supervision.
