Key Responsibilities- Oversee all Health and Safety responsibilities on site, including advising on safe work practices and conducting risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO45001 and other relevant health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with management and employees to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum.
