Senior Pricing Analyst

Role location: Remote or Manchester, UK

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our strategic pricing efforts across the EMEA region. You will oversee a skilled team of pricing data specialists and will be responsible for steering and refining pricing strategy development and execution through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

We seek candidates with proven experience in team leadership, pricing analysis, and optimization, as well as the ability to lead transformational initiatives. You should be adept at engaging in complex discussions with various stakeholders and possess the capability to proactively collaborate with marketing and sales teams to formulate impactful strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute pricing strategies Manage the Pricing Data Team Collect and analyze data from diverse internal and external sources to inform and implement pricing strategies across products and regions Work closely with the marketing team to devise pricing strategies for new product launches and enhance the existing portfolio Provide consultative support to the sales organization to facilitate new customer acquisition and protect/grow the existing customer base Collaborate with the Sales team to model ROI for contracts that benefit both our company and our clients Enhance the prospect-to-order process In partnership with the Insights team, evaluate business performance, track pricing trends in the market, develop a deep understanding of reimbursement in key markets, and offer insights into pricing dynamics

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Experience in pricing analysis and optimization Educational background in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Finance, or a related field Familiarity with P&L profitability practices, pricing strategies, statistics, research, and analysis Proven team leadership experience Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, R, or Python is advantageous
