About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Autism Specialist Clinical Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with autism and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical services to adults with autism and complex needs.
- Develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to support individuals with autism and complex needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults with autism and complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
