Forensic Psychology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, conducting clinical assessments, and developing case formulations and support plans in conjunction with other professionals.
They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide intensive support to individuals with complex needs and risks, using a psychologically informed approach.
Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have a Doctoral Level postgraduate professional training course in clinical psychology, eligibility for entry onto the Register of Chartered Psychologists, and assessed experience of working as a qualified clinical/forensic psychologist for a minimum of 4 years post qualification.
They will also have experience of working with a wide variety of client groups, managing and supervising a range of other professionals, and providing consultation and advice from a psychological perspective.
