About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Neutral Host Network Engineering to join our team at Boldyn Networks. As a key member of our CTO organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing next-generation neutral host network solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of wireless carrier requirements and technologies, including DAS/DRAN, MOCN, MORAN, and ORAN.
  • Collaborate with wireless carriers and OEMs to design and deploy scalable and cost-effective wireless coverage and capacity solutions.
  • Lead the development of reference architectures and design standards to address specific verticals in support of Boldyn's business models.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage a team of engineers, contractors, and 3rd party labs to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of wireless industry experience, with a strong background in RAN engineering, roaming, performance management, and network operations.
  • Expert knowledge of LTE and 5G NR RAN protocols, including ORAN, MOCN, MORAN, and roaming.
  • Understanding of E911/CALEA requirements and specifications.
  • Experience with lab planning, management, and testing.
  • Executive level engagement experience with major wireless carriers.
  • Team leadership and cross-functional leadership experience.
