Certification Specialist

Compliance Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Certification Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to undertake the Certification issuance process, prepare and deliver presentations on the Certification Regime, and provide Management Information to support our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake Certification issuance process
- Prepare and deliver presentations on the Certification Regime
- Provide Management Information to support our business
- Respond to queries from across the business relating to SMCR matters
- Advise business in best practice and opportunities
- Supervise and quality assure the work of the department
- Conduct training
- Identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in SMCR - essential
- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Experience of HR systems
- Knowledge of the PRA Rulebook relating to SMCR matters
- Ideally knowledge of banking products and services and exposure to financial services environments
