Job Title: Certification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Specialist to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a Certification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the credibility of our client's Code of Practice and Chain of Custody Standards implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review audit reports to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with the Assurance Team to implement and report on audit results
  • Provide excellent support to certified members, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Contribute to the Certification Team workflow, reporting to the Senior Certification Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience in assurance and certification systems or auditing, preferably in environmental or social standard systems
  • Understanding of responsible business practices and environmental and social issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, both independently and within a team
