We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement and organizational capability across our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Employee Surveys: Oversee the execution of annual and pulse surveys, ensuring deadlines are met while collaborating with Customer Experience (CX) teams.
- Tool Mastery and Knowledge Sharing: Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on survey tools and develop training materials to educate Business Units (BUs) and Franchisees (FZs).
- Facilitate Regional Collaboration: Participate in and contribute to regional initiatives, sharing insights and solutions to address challenges across different areas.
- Execute Tailored Change Management Plans: Lead change management, ensuring local adaptation, and provide resources such as training materials and communication strategies.
- Present Insights and Drive Action: Translate survey results into actionable insights and present them clearly to stakeholders. Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in driving action.
- Partner with CX and Provide Feedback: Work with the CX team on Experience Management analysis and offer feedback to global teams to reflect the voice of local stakeholders.
- Facilitate Learning and Upskill Teams: Deliver workshops and training sessions that equip Business Units and Franchisees with the tools to improve employee and customer experience.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a background in Learning and Development, leadership development, and training, preferably in the retail or restaurant industry. You should have experience contributing to the development of L&D strategy, running and analyzing employee engagement surveys, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
