We are a leading agricultural and contracting firm focused on delivering exceptional services in crop spraying, herbicide application, and hay/straw baling. We are currently looking for a dedicated full-time Sprayer Operator to manage our advanced self-propelled sprayer equipped with state-of-the-art GPS and section control technology.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the sprayer efficiently across a diverse range of crops within a designated area.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to spraying activities.
- Collaborate closely with farmers and agronomists to ensure optimal application of agricultural chemicals.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of the sprayer to uphold high operational standards.
- Exhibit strong initiative and problem-solving skills in the field.
- Be prepared to work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons.
- Proven experience in operating sprayers and knowledge of agricultural chemicals.
- Possession of PA1 and PA2 certifications.
- A valid full driving license is essential.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, reflective of their experience, starting from £18.00 per hour. Additional benefits include:
