Job Title: Field Service Technician - Dairy Machinery/Robotics

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the dairy machinery and robotics industry.

About the Company:

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the agriculture, food, horticulture, equestrian, animal health, and rural sectors. We prioritize roles across sales, management, marketing, operations, and technical and engineering fields, including international and senior-level positions within our specialized sectors.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have experience of service work within the agricultural industry, a proven record of outstanding customer relations, and technical and mechanical knowledge. You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be fluent in English. Additionally, you will have an interest in animal husbandry and milk production, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients in the dairy machinery and robotics industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Take a personal responsibility to deliver what has been agreed
  • Display leadership ability and make informed decisions when changes are deemed necessary
  • Help colleagues with the best interests of the customer
  • High standard of workmanship whilst implementing Health & Safety
