Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Perform breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.

\u2022 Conduct mechanical and building installations, both reactive and planned.

\u2022 Analyze and solve problems effectively, especially during breakdowns.

\u2022 Drive continuous improvements in production processes and plant modernisation projects.

\u2022 Uphold health and safety standards across all projects and daily operations.

\u2022 Exhibit a determined and flexible attitude to deliver timely and professional maintenance services in support of high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements:

\u2022 Strong mechanical problem-solving abilities and hands-on expertise.

\u2022 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

\u2022 A proactive approach to engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

\u2022 Ability to work in a self-organizing team while supporting other departments.

\u2022 Qualifications and Experience:

\u2022 Time Served Apprenticeship

\u2022 Minimum Qualification: City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

\u2022 Experience: At least 5 years in a similar maintenance engineering role within a production environment.
