About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Phyllis Tuckwell Memorial Hospice Ltd. As a Rotational Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in both our In-Patient Unit and Hospice Care at Home teams, providing high-quality care to patients with advanced or terminal illnesses.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver and evaluate patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with at least 6 months post-registration experience
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the community and palliative care
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
