About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead at our care home in Camberley. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Requirements

  • NMC-Registered: Hold a valid NMC pin and be committed to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm, creating a supportive work environment.
  • Caring and Hands-On: Help people maintain independence, choice, and dignity.
